We ship all over the world.
We are currently running a Free Shipping promotion for orders shipped to a US address.
We also ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
Shipping costs are as follows: USA - Free Shipping Promotion for Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping is USPS First Class.
International - $25.00
Overnight - $25.00
Orders ship in 7 business days from the date of the order.
We also accept money orders from customers in the US. Simply choose the money order option at checkout. We will email you upon receipt of your order. Money orders take ten days to clear.

Return Policy:
If you need to return an item, please email us at info@francescafinejewelry.com within 30 days of purchase and let us know that you would like to return the product. We cannot refund if you contact us after
30 days of date of purchase.
We must receive the item/items within 30 days of purchase date. We cannot refund if we receive the item/items after 30 days of purchase date.
For orders under $80.00, we withhold a $5.00 restocking fee. For orders over $80.00, we withhold a $10.00 restocking fee. We cannot refund shipping charges. The product will be refunded minus the restocking fee, and minus the shipping charges.
Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they were worn, and will go through quality checks upon receipt.
