Shipping, Payments, Returns & Policy Info

Shipping Info:

We ship all over the world.  For our customers in the Middle East, there is no reason to use carriers such as Aramex.  We will ship directly to you.

Payment Policy:

We  accept every payment that Amazon.com accepts, as we have partnered with Amazon and our store is located there.  Just follow any of the shop links to get to our storefront.

Return Policy:

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@francescafinejewelry.com within 30 days of purchase and let us know that you would like to return the product.  We cannot refund if you contact us after 30 days of date of purchase.  We must receive the item/items within 30 days of purchase date.  We cannot refund if we receive the item/items after 30 days of purchase date.  For orders under $80.00, we withhold a $5.00 restocking fee.  For orders over $80.00, we withhold a $10.00 restocking fee.  We cannot refund shipping charges.  The product will be refunded minus the restocking fee, and minus the shipping charges.  Please also include the Francesca Fine Jewelry certificate of authenticity with your item.  This is very important.  Your item/items will not be returned to you if we do not have the certificate of authenticity.
